Jules
Co- Chief Executive
Jules works with individuals, organizations and governments that wish to implement the JERICA model within their own context - within organizations, across regions and industries, across strategy and tactics. She turns problems into possibilities, stagnation into solutions, exhaustion to excitement, short-termism into strategy.
She is highly adept at facilitating and guiding individuals, stakeholders and teams through systemic thinking to candidly assess where next to go - aligning purpose, decision-making, action and reflection. Jules is also an expert speaker and mentor on regenerative leadership and innovative business strategy.
Jules was selected as a global Voice of the New Era of Leadership in 2024 by the Female Factor. Jules also hosts the global podcast – Humans At Work – inspirational storytelling for positive social regeneration and human-centered work practices.

Co- Chief Executive
Esteban leads the application of JERICA practices through capital projects, engaging with local communities, governments and other organizations to fully establish keystone enterprises that generate both profitable businesses and social impact.
He is an innovative leader and collaborative designer with a passion to bring every stakeholder together for achieving something bigger than what we could individually.
Esteban is a leading voice in labour market equity, economic activity regeneration and inclusive education.
