Jules is the founder of JHA Consulting – providing strategic design and organization transformation services, with experience in New Zealand and UK.

Co- Chief Executive, Leads JERICA Studio+
Esteban leads the application of JERICA practices through capital projects, engaging with local communities, governments and other organizations to fully establish keystone enterprises that generate both profitable businesses and social impact.
He is an innovative leader and collaborative designer, establishing businesses in New Zealand and Argentina, and with a passion to bring every stakeholder together for achieving something bigger than what we could individually.
Esteban also led the initial design of the New Zealand Government’s proposed model for preventing modern slavery and worker exploitation, and is a leading voice in labour market equity, economic activity regeneration and inclusive education.
